Last Glastonbury tickets sell out

The last collection of tickets for this year's Glastonbury festival have sold out in just over an hour.

Cancelled as well as returned tickets for a eventuality - that will be headlined by Muse, U2 as well as Stevie Wonder - went upon sale during 0900 BST (0800 GMT).

Standard tickets, priced during £175, were all gone by 1007 BST, with a few superfluous coach passes gone by 1100.

Around 178,000 fans will descend upon Worthy Farm in Somerset for a festival's 40th anniversary in June.

Other acts confirmed for a eventuality include Madness, Vampire Weekend, Ray Davies, Jackson Browne, Orbital as well as Hot Chip.

There were rumours that flash-in-the-pan swat star Vanilla Ice would also play, after an coming was listed upon his MySpace page - though a anxiety has right away been removed.

Glastonbury 2010 takes place from 25-27 June.
