Winfrey to appear on OWN channel

Talk uncover star Oprah Winfrey is to horde the night-time programme upon the wire TV channel she is rising in January.

The hour-long show, titled Oprah's Next Chapter, will take the 56-year-old out of her common studio "for conversations as well as transport around the world".

The uncover will premiere upon OWN - The Oprah Winfrey Network - late next year.

Last year, the tearful Winfrey voiced her weekday talk uncover - syndicated in 145 countries - would finish in September 2011 after twenty-five years upon air.

OWN, the joint venture between Winfrey's Harpo Inc as well as Discovery Communications, will take the place of the Discovery Health Channel as well as launches upon 1 January.

Reality show

The TV luminary said she wanted to "create the network which inspires the viewers as well as makes them wish to be who they have been upon their best day."

According to OWN, Oprah's Next Chapter would be "a whole brand new kind of Oprah show" which would take her "from the Taj Mahal [to] the Great Wall [of China]."

It is one of the series of brand new programmes voiced by the network, which will be available in around 80 million homes in the US.

Others projects include the bent poke "to find the next large TV personality", the reality uncover starring country thespian Shania Twain as well as the series of profiles of beautiful "visionaries".

Avatar executive James Cameron, cocktail thespian Lady Gaga as well as photographer Annie Leibovitz have been among those already lined up to participate.
