Modern 'masters' to go on display

An muster of work by 20th Century "masters" Picasso, Matisse, Warhol as well as Dali is set to open at the V&A Musum, in London.

The muster will accompany the four-part BBC array examining the change as well as legacies of the artists.

The functions upon arrangement have been drawn from the V&A's own collection.

The muster opens upon Saturday, while Andy Warhol will be profiled in Modern Masters, fronted by humanities bard Alastair Sooke, upon BBC One upon Sunday.

'Learning journey'

Each artist will be explored in-depth - upon the TV array as well as online - as Sooke examines their impact upon contemporary culture, as well as asks if they merit their fame.

The V&A muster will "allow the public to continue their guidance journey" as part of the BBC's commitment to art as well as culture.

Mark Bell, BBC Arts commissioning editor, said: "We have been tremendously vehement to be rising the vital array about complicated art in the heart of the BBC One schedule.

"The array is an e.g. of how the BBC can make the genuine difference, enabling looseness price payers to entrance the wealth of humanities calm upon television, online as well as now, through the partnership with the V&A, in an exhibition."

V&A director Mark Jones pronounced he was "very pleased" that the museum's pick up would be seen by the wider audience.
