Norton trail angers Doctor fans

Thousands of Doctor Who fans have contacted the BBC to protest which the finale of Saturday night's episode was busted by the trailer for the next show.

The on-screen heading featured an animated animation of presenter Graham Norton, horde of Over the Rainbow.

It appeared as The Doctor, played by Matt Smith, was making an romantic speech during the story's cliffhanger finale for The Time of Angels.
